Business Achievement Awards (BAA) - Students must be registered by your adviser to work on these achievement awards (login information can be obtained from advisor after dues are paid)
The FBLA Business Achievement Awards (BAA) is an intensive leadership development program that recognizes FBLA members for achievements in a variety of career-related projects, goals, and programs. High school students create a portfolio of real-world accomplishments and develop their business and leadership skills across four levels: Future, Business, Leader, and America.
Who’s Who in FBLA
This award honors exemplary FBLA members who have made outstanding contributions to the association at the local, state, and national levels. Each state may enter one participant who is a member of an active local chapter and on record as of paying dues by March 1 of the current school year for recognition at the National Leadership Conference. The entry form must be completed by the State Chairman or designee. Criteria for selection of nominees by the state chapter should include:
years of participation in FBLA and/or PBL activities
extent of participation in state and national conferences
contributions to local, state, and national projects
and participation in other activities.
Monthly Member of the Month
Members who are actively involved in activities throughout the month can be nominated as member of the month. Repeat nominations cannot happen in the same semester to allow all members to be recognized. Activities members should be involved in are:
attending each meeting
wearing FBLA shirt on meeting days
participating in Champion Chapter activities
attending Fall/Spring conferences
participating in community service projects/events
working on BAA activities/awards
