Frank Rayo

Hi! I'm Frank, recently obtained my Master's degree in Computer Science, a research associate of Systems Modeling and Simulations Laboratory and now working at the Philippine Space Agency.

I am particularly interested in providing numerical solutions to stochastic partial differential equations, simulation of dynamical systems and machine learning through artificial intelligence methods.

My master's thesis tackled stochastic dynamics of storm surge due with additive stable noise. This accounts for random external forces in simulating water surface circulation and inland flooding during a typhoon. Attached below is my presentation deck.

As part of my advocacy in applying mathematical methods and responsible software engineering to solve our country's biggest problems, I join hackathons as well as train and judge participants.
