Verifications?

To request your enrollment verification or work permit or your GPA or your class rank you must submit a request on the Decatur High school website. 

Please follow the directions below: 

*go to the DHS website 

*click on the link for the Counselor's Corner- https://sites.google.com/dcs.k12.al.us/dhs-counselor-corner/home

*right under the names of all of the counselor's there are two red links. 

*One is to request enrollment verification and work permits, the other one is to request your GPA and class rank. 

* Select the link that you need and request the appropriate document (enrollment verification).
