Hi CES families! I hope you all are having a great summer! The nurse's office is looking for gently used clothes (esp. boys) sizes 4/5-10/12. If you have any of your child's clothing you would like to donate, please reach out to me. I would be happy to come pick them up. 8/31/22- First day of school for all 1st graders. PK Orientation . Immunization records due for school year for first graders.
9/1/22- Kindergarten screening & orientation. PK orientation.
9/2/22- Kindergarten screening & orientation.
9/6/22- First day of school for PK and Kindergarten. Immunization & physical records due for school year for PK & Kindergarteners.
9/16/22- Deadline for opt-out forms for annual school hearing & vision screenings.
9/19/22- Screenings begin for PK & Kindergarten.

Immunizations & Physicals~ Visit the physical & immunizations tab for information on what is required for your student. Please email or fax your student's immunizations and physical to firstname.lastname@example.org or 508-248-7003. Please reach out to me with any questions.
Medications~ Please do not send medication into school with your student. This includes cough drops. If your student needs any medication while at school: prescription or over the counter, please contact me to make arrangements and have the proper paper work filled out.
Annual Screenings~ PK is now included for annual vision screenings. All screenings for PK & Kindergarten will begin on 9/19/22. Please return opt-out form prior to 9/10/22 if you wish your child not to participate in these state mandated screenings.
Some important reminders
1. If your child is ill please keep them home. Examples of illness's that your student should stay home: Fever of 100.0 or more, vomiting , diarrhea, rash of unknown origin.
2. Please communicate with myself and/or your student's teacher when your student has been diagnosed with any contagious conditions (COVID-19, flu, hand-foot-mouth disease, Molluscum, stomach bug/gastroenteritis, strep throat, pink eye, Fifth disease, lice, and ringworm).
