Updates for 2020/2021 School Year

  • Medications~ The schools are closed to all visitors at this time. If your child needs medication at school, please fax/email the orders from the provider and call/email to schedule an appointment to drop off the medications. Please DO NOT send medication to school in your child's backpack.

  • Immunizations & Physicals~ At this time, the state of MA is still adhering to the strict requirements for immunizations & physicals . Visit the physical & immunizations tab for information on what is required for your child. Please email or fax your child's immunizations and physical to stephanie.moisan@dcrsd.org or 508-248-7003. Please reach out to me with any questions.

Some important reminders

1. If your child is ill please keep them home. Examples of illness's that your child should stay home: Fever of 100.0 or more, vomiting , diarrhea, rash of unknown origin.

2. Please communicate with myself and/or your child's teacher when your child has been diagnosed with any contagious conditions (COVID-19, flu, hand-foot-mouth disease, Molluscum, stomach bug/gastroenteritis, strep throat, pink eye, Fifth disease, lice, and ringworm).

3. Please do not ever send medication into school with your child. This includes cough drops. If your child needs any medication while at school: prescription or over the counter, please contact me to make arrangements and have the proper paper work filled out.
