Norovirus is a very contagious that can cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. People of all ages can be infected with this virus.
Common Symptoms:
Stomach pain
Nausea
Vomiting
Diarrhea
Symptoms of Norovirus typically last 1-3 days.
Less Common Symptoms:
Fever
Headache
Body aches
**Dehydration
**Dehydration is more common in young children and older adults. Symptoms of dehydration include decrease in urination, dry mouth & throat, & dizziness. Young children may cry with few or no tears & be unusually fussy/sleepy.**
