We plan and coordinate activities so districts can concentrate on preparing students for the learning experience. Any BOCES and schools in the region can register to participate through the 409 Co-Ser. The 409 Co-Ser is included in the ISS base for component districts. Non-component districts may be charged a 7.5% coordination fee.
Each College & Career Exploration event has a maximum capacity. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. When capacity is reached, the registration form will close. The registration fee per participant (student or staff) is $55. The fee includes lunch, materials, program development, and coordination support.
Schools must provide student transportation to the event location and register at least one staff member per 10 students.
