Students who continue into the second phase can also pilot elements of their recommendations, allowing them to move from analysis to implementation.
Students work directly with mentors who are full-time professionals at organizations such as McKinsey, BCG, Meta, Google, Goldman Sachs and Ivy League MBAs, and participate in live sessions and conversations with guest speakers across industries. The program is intentionally interdisciplinary.
