Why the ACT?:

it's typically offered 7 times a year
students can take the ACT up to 12 times throughout high school
many institutions "superscore", meaning they take the highest of each subscore to calculate your superscore ACT

The ACT provides FOUR total ACT fee waivers for economically disadvantaged students in the 11th or 12th grades.Â
