Since Hong Kong is an extremely busy and hustling place, but still a small country, it is understandable that there is not a lot of space. Many people live here, so space is often taken up by others or building construction.
Although Hong Kong is a very efficient country, we have found out that Hong Kong constructs more things that we don't need or use.
For example, we have found that Hong Kong has about 1,600+ SMALL sitting parks. And by the looks of it, not many people actually USE those parks. So for a solution, the Government can take down some of those sitting parks, and replace them with courts or fields, or even playgrounds, with elderly exercise beams.
