Transition Resources

As Transition Coordinator for students with an IEP, I am available to meet with students throughout the school year to discuss postsecondary training/education, employment, and independent living goals. I can help students with researching postsecondary training and education options along with completing applications for enrollment. I can help students research employment opportunities and complete job applications. I am eager to help students successfully transition from high school to postsecondary opportunities.
