About Me:

I am Ms. Hespeth, the 8th grade Social Studies teacher and advisor, and arguably the best advisor!!!

I’m from Dayton, and I even graduated from the University of Dayton with my bachelor’s degree in teacher education. Go Flyers! I’ve been a teacher for 2 years, all with the DECA schools. In fact, I attended DECA 7-12 grade, the elementary did not exist back then, I graduated from DECA in 2015! I am happily young, black, dope, and free. I would like to think the life I live is amazing, full of life, and an abundance of joy and opportunity. I am thrilled to make you all a part of my life, even virtually.

Listen, we are going to have a great year. I don’t care what craziness is going on in the world, I’m excited to get to know you better, and for all of us to learn from each other. We are going to examine historicals perspectives and truths, have great discussions, think really hard, and prepare ourselves to become the future college graduates and leaders that we are; not to mention, we are going to have tons of fun. I feel truly privileged and blessed to be your teacher this year. We are lucky to have each other!
