Book Week!!!

-Author, Maria Scrivan, will be visiting our middle school from 8:30-10:30

Some info about Maria: The first book in her graphic novel series, Nat Enough (Scholastic/Graphix), launched on April 7th, 2020, and became an instant New York Times bestseller. It was followed by: Forget Me Nat, Absolutely Nat, Definitely Nat, and Nat for Nothing. The fifth book in the series, All is Nat Lost, will be available in Spring 2024. She is also a contributor to Marvel’s Super Stories which will release in October 2023.

Students swapped books among other students for the whole week.

Dress up days: March 5 and March 6, 2024

Middle School

On Tuesday, middle schoolers had a comfy/cozy day. They wore wear hoodies, and other comfortable clothing to get warm under the covers to read a good book!

Elementary School

On Tuesday, elementary schoolers had book character day. They dressed like their fave book character and brought the book the character was in.

School-wide

There was a school-wide bookmark competition with bookmarks created by DaVinci students, as well as a comic competition made by the 5th graders
