Ready...Set...GO

The information and resources in this module focused on connecting all aspects of LEC 63 into a more clear focus. The learning was centered around and emphasized the necessity for a shift in teaching strategies and resources needed to enhance the journey in learning and development from a blended learning instructor to a blended learning coach. The outcome from the discussion and learning in this module assisted in the creation of a syllabus for a professional development session I have wanted to deliver. This online discussion course demonstrates my understanding and competency in establishing a blended learning professional development discussion. In reflecting on my areas of strength and growth based on the iNACOL Blended Teacher Competency Framework, I was able to refine my thoughts towards areas of action for future possibilities.
