This is my beautiful family. The support, joy, and love they provide to me on a daily basis is my motivation. The unconditional love they demonstrate keeps me grounded and focused.
A great deal of my team first attitude and work ethic comes from my time on the University of San Diego baseball team. The lessons of sharing, caring, and collaboration were essential in the success of the team.
I still love to play. I feel that it keeps me healthy and allows me to connect with life-long friends frequently.
This is a picture of my siblings and their children. Family is very important to me and that core belief in my family has been instilled in my mind from a very early age. We love every opportunity to get together and celebrate.
This is a video created for an interview I recently completed. It was interesting to be a part of a new process and the contents of the video give the listener a closer look at who I am and why I think I would be a good candidate for the job. My goal was also to change my narrative. There are times in the education field where mistakes are damaging. These mistakes can often define who others think you "really" are as a person. This opportunity to speak directly to others and express my experiences and abilities was refreshing to say the least.
This presentation is representative of the hard work and dedication of the staff at LdVCS. These talented individuals made fast adjustments, were very insistent upon reaching every student, and offered instructional time daily which exceeded the daily requirements. School closures were difficult for everyone involved. It stretched the limits of our imaginations in reinventing the way we instruct our students. This course fits in nicely with my goal to become a more structured and organized educator.
