Message from Principal Pippin

This is my final message as Principal Pippin... it's a bittersweet feeling. I have enjoyed my time at Sorgho. Working with your child has truly been a gift. I wish you well. Enjoy your summer!

Week at a Glance....

Monday, May 18th

KSA testing: 4th Grade Science: begins promptly at 8:00

Breakfast- Cereal or Pop Tart

Lunch- Ham & Cheese Crossiant or Chicken Sandwich

10:45-Class of 2026 Senior Walk

1:00-5th Grade Promotion Ceremony (doors will open at 12:30)

Tuesday, May 19th

NO SCHOOL...ELECTION DAY

Wednesday, May 20th

Breakfast- Cereal or Manager's Choice

Lunch- grilled cheeseburgers or hamburgers

Field & Water Day... If weather permits

Please bring the following:

wear your field day t-shirt if you have one

set of dry clothes (shirt, shorts, underwear, shoes)
towel
plastic bag to put your wet clothes in
flip flops/slides
sunscreen
hat (optional)
sunglasses (optional)

Students may wear their bathing suit/trunks if they wish but a dark shirt and shorts must be worn.

Thursday, May 21st

LAST DAY OF SCHOOL

Breakfast- Cereal or Manager's Choice

Lunch- Little Caesars Pizza

1:00-4th 9 Weeks Assembly
