Happy New Year Wildcats!
I hope this newsletter finds you well. I hope our students and their families have had a wonderful holiday break. I hope that everyone has had a restful 2 weeks. With the start of a new year, it is always exciting to look forward to our goals ahead. I feel like the first semester has flown by. Looking ahead we have all kinds of great events and opportunities on our schedules. I can't wait to get our students back in the building next week and begin the important work of leading and learning.
*With the pending weather, please watch for important information from our superintendent. At this time, no decision has been made about school for next week. If we happen to be on a DCPS@Home day, students will need to work on their DCPS@Home packets each day we are out. These packets were asked to be kept in your child's take home folder. If your child is able to use a personal device from home, then please have them join their teacher in the google meet. Completion of packet work will determine attendance on these days. Also, all staff will be available to assist your child in the completion of their work.
