Happy Spring Break everyone. I hope all our wildcats plan on resting and relaxing and sharpening their saw. No matter what you are doing, have fun! We all have been working hard at school and you deserve a break. Our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders completed both a reading and math scrimmage as they prepare for the big "dance" at the end of the year. As we look ahead, both April and May have some very important dates. Please take notice of our upcoming events section so that you can clear your calendars. Yesterday, we ended our week on a high note. We had our 3rd 9 weeks celebration assembly....only this time it was led entirely by our student leaders. They did a fabulous job. It goes right along with our paradigm that "Everyone is a leader." Great job to our student lighthouse team!
On Monday, April 8th only those students who have turned in their yellow solar eclipse viewing form will be allowed to go outside to view the solar eclipse. We have viewing glasses for all participants.
