10 More Days...

Our 3rd, 4th and 5th graders have been working so hard on the state assessment. We will continue next week with our 4th grade reading, 3rd-5th math, 4th grade science, 5th grade social studies and on deman writing. Have a great weekend and rest up!

Don't forget field day t-shirt orders are due on Monday.

2024-2025 enrollment continues....if you know any future wildcats please have them come by the school and we can help assist them with registration. Can't wait to meet all our new faces next year.

Counselor's Corner

Well, I cannot believe that I am saying this, but I am retiring!!! Oh my goodness, what a flood of emotions for me. This has not been an easy choice to make because I absolutely love, love, love my Sorgho Family!! I love the terrific staff I have worked with for 27 years!! And I love our students and their wonderful families. But it is time for me to spend more time with my own family and especially my new granddaughter that was born just a few months ago. Every child, every parent/guardian, every teacher and staff member has made an impact on my life. I just hope and pray that I have helped each of you somehow along the way!! I will leave part of my heart right here at Sorgho School. Blessings to each and every one of you. Remember to do your best to make a positive difference in the lives of others!!
