YEAR 2
Your second year at Davidson is a great time to continue exploring various career options. The career journey is a lifelong process, so do not be afraid to take chances and try new things.

Attend Career Horizon and/or Business Info Session Nights to meet with employers in various industries
Schedule a meeting with the Matthews Center to create a plan
Update your resume and LinkedIn profile
Connect with Davidson faculty and alumni for mentorship
Utilize the Hurt Hub for ways to up-skill and try out GigHub
YEAR 3
By year 3, the goal is to begin narrowing your focus in preparation for your first steps after Davidson. Industry timelines vary widely, so be sure to meet with an advisor to understand what your potential industry timelines may look like.

Attend on-campus events such as the Law School Fair, employer info sessions, Career Horizon, etc. to continue networking and learning
Identify summer internships or research opportunities & apply - when in doubt, cast a wide net and give yourself options!
Update your resume and LinkedIn profile
Utilize mentors/advisors to continue developing & executing your plan
Research graduate/professional school requirements if this is a potential option for you; explore possible school tours
YEAR 4
Your final year at Davidson is a special time. By this point you may not have it "all figured out"; however, the work you have put in over the past 3 years will provide several options to do something meaningful post-graduation.
