The Career Advantage program at Davidson College is one of the nation's premier Division I Athlete Career Development Programs. Since launching in August 2019, Career Advantage has expanded based on its four pillars of "Explore. Network. Experience. Succeed." Through the support of the Matthews Center for Career Development, this elite program fully prepares Davidson scholar-athletes to serve lives of leadership and service around the world upon graduation.
