Wood Jazz Band

The Wood Jazz Band is a group of 7th and 8th grade band members who prepare and perform different styles of music, including:

Jazz Swing Latin

Rock Dixieland Blues

Members sign up at the beginning of the year and rehearse during the school day on Mondays and Thursdays.

The band plays at school and community events throughout the year, with major performances including a tour of the elementary schools and the annual North Side Jazz Night.
