The Early College Credit Program (ECCP) statute allows 9th-12th grade students enrolled at Wisconsin public, charter, and private high schools to take up to 18 credits of college courses at a UW, private, or Tribal college located in Wisconsin (for high school and college credit or college credit only). These classes are paid for by Drummond High School. Students looking to take courses in the fall semester must turn in the application in to their high school counselor each year by March 1.  For spring semester courses the same application is used, however the due date each year is October 1.

"Start College Now" will allow high school students in grades 11 and 12 the opportunity to take college courses at Wisconsin Technical Colleges. The Youth Options statute (118.55) was renamed the Early College Credit Program (ECCP). The ECCP statute allows Wisconsin public and private high school students to take one or more courses at an institution of higher education for high school and/or college credit. The Rising Phoenix Early College High School Program is a transformative partnership between Drummond High School and UW-Green Bay—redefining what’s possible for high school students. Through dual enrollment, personalized student success coaching and a rigorous academic pathway, students can earn both a high school diploma and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree—all by the end of their senior year. Applications close for current sophmores on March 16th with coursework being completed junior and senior year.
