July 26th: Announcement of contribution and grants acceptances

The Early Registration process will be open from May 24th to July 3rd. During this period, contributions and funding support applications will be accepted. The organization will accommodate up to 48 participants in shared rooms, available to students and researchers. Participants must:
Pay the registration fee (see details below) and save the payment receipt, as it will be required in the registration form.
Please complete the registration form, providing your personal information and the contribution(s) you wish to present. You should also indicate any requirements you have for the event, including financial, dietary, and mobility needs.
Receive the application response on July 26th. Participants whose work is not selected or not granted grants can request a refund of the registration fee.
The fees are as follows:
Academics and researchers: $51.000
Students: $21.000

Late Registration will be open from July 4th to August 11th or until all available spots are filled.
Those who register during this period will not be eligible for the grants offered by ABC24 and will be unable to present contributions.

Academics and researchers: $61.000
Students: $31.000
The amount must be transferred to the previously mentioned bank account.
This registration gives you the opportunity to participate for a single day of the event (August 26th, 27th, or 28th). During that day, you can attend all scheduled activities, including access to Termas El Corazón. This type of registration will open after Early Registration.
