About the Workshop
ABC24 will occur from August 26 at 3:00 p.m. to August 28 at 3:00 p.m.
The ABC24 event will be held at Termas El Corazón, situated in San Esteban. The hot springs are conveniently located 87 km from Santiago and less than 150 km from Viña del Mar.
The fees are as follows:
Students: $21.000
Academics and researchers: $51.000

The Early Registration deadline is June 28th at midnight.

1.- When and how can I apply for the grants?
You can apply for the grants through the Early Registration form, where you must indicate which grant(s) you need in the 'Financial Support' section. Therefore, it is possible to apply for the grants until midnight on June 28th.
2.- Which grants can I apply for?
The grants offered are as follows:
Accommodation in a shared room, including meals during the stay
Transportation from Santiago to Termas El Corazón
Transportation from other regions to Santiago
3.- What are the requirements for applying for the grants?
To apply for the grants, you must submit at least one contribution, either oral or poster, to the event.
4.- Who can apply for the grants?
Both students and academics/researchers can apply for the grants.
5.- How does the transportation facility from other regions to Santiago work?
The transportation grant amount from other regions will vary based on the number of approved applications. However, a predetermined sum will be provided to selected individuals, enabling them to arrange their own transportation directly.
6.- When will I find out if I have received the grants?
Recipients of the grants will be announced on July 26th.
7.- If I do not receive the grants, can I get a refund for my registration fee?
Yes, if you do not receive the grants and cannot attend the event without them, the registration fee will be refunded only to Chilean banks.
8.- If I want to pay for the accommodation on my own, what is the price of the rooms?
The rooms have a negotiated preferential rate of:
Single room: $279,000
Double room: $416,500
*Includes a 2-night stay and meals.
If you do not stay at Termas El Corazón, the entrance and meals at the facilities will cost an additional $80.000 for the three days of the event. If contributions are submitted, grants will be considered to cover this cost.
