Food & Livelihoods

In this module, students will explore the importance of both food and culture in arctic Greenland. They will discuss what it means to be ‘sustainable’ and the impacts of food on their own cultures. They will read articles and listen to interviews that show the array of opinions that exist around Greenlandic food and culture and thus, display just how complex food systems management can be in a country of ~56,000 people.
