Hey Y'all! I am Ms. Grant! I am really excited to try some new things in ELA class this year. We will be flipping the classroom so that you only have to review work at home and the learning work is done in class with me by your side cheering you on to success.

I have been teaching reading for 8 years now. I have a Bachelor's in Elementary Education with HIghest Honors and certifications in Elementary and Middle School ELA. I have several Certifications for Virtual Learning, Flipped Classrooms, G-Suite Products, Schoology, EdPuzzle, and more. I plan on using all of these skills to make this the best possible year I can for you.

I love to paint and play the banjo, guitar, and piano. I love the theater as well as hiking through the SC forests.

2020-2021 School Year

We will be reading The Outsiders very soon after we start school. If you would like your own copy to write and read from, feel free to click here for a link to the book to buy online. This is not a requirement.

We will discuss the requirements of this initial task soon.
