Block Schedule

8 Day Rotation (A-H)
Four periods meet each day for 85 minutes each
Special Friday schedule for Advisory and early dismissal at 12:18 for teacher collaboration and professional planning
Each time slot also fits two 40 minute "mini-periods" for courses like PE/Health, Lab Support Classes, part-time Special Education, Guidance Seminar, etc.

Note: mini-periods will appear on student schedules in Aspen

DHS Remote Learning Schedule 20-21

Continues 8 Day Rotation (A-H)
Each day begins and ends with Student Independent Work Time and Teacher Office Hours
Four periods meet Monday-Thursday from 8:30-1:30
Special Friday schedule for Advisory (7:40-12:40) and early dismissal for teacher collaboration and professional planning
Each time slot also fits two 25 minute "mini-periods" for courses like PE/Health, Lab Support Classes, part-time Special Education, Guidance Seminar, etc.

Note: mini-periods will appear on student schedules in Aspen

All students attend school every day
School follows block schedule with early dismissal on Fridays (12:18) for teacher collaboration and professional planning
Students whose families have opted to participate exclusively in remote learning will have programs communicated by administration

Students attend in school in person by last name cohort:
- Blue Days: Last Names A-K
- Wave Days: Last Names L-Z
Students who are learning from home will have access to synchronous and asynchronous learning
All students learn remotely on Friday
School follows block schedule with early dismissal on Fridays (12:18) for teacher collaboration and professional planning

All students participate synchronously in remote learning block schedule
Students have independent work time Monday-Thursday from 7:40 to 8:25
Teacher Office Hours available Monday-Thursday from 1:35 to 2:20
Special schedule on Fridays for Advisory and Teacher Collaboration and Professional Planning. Classes end at 12:40.
