A Physically Educated Person
A Physically Educated Person
Physical Education is one of the your child's most important classes in the day. I want my students to be life long participants in physical activity! Daily P.E. classes, particularly at the junior high and high school levels, are a great way to keep teens active who might otherwise begin an early onset to a sedentary lifestyle.
A physically educated person:
HAS LEARNED skills necessary to perform a variety of physical activities.
IS physically fit.
DOES participate regularly in physical activity.
KNOWS the implications and the benefits of involvement in physical activities.
VALUES physical activity and its contributions to a healthful lifestyle.
