Drawing from reputable references, this edition highlights tools featured in two flagship programs of the DAP COE-PSP: the Public Sector Productivity Specialist Foundation Course and the Designing Citizen-Centered Public Services Workshop. It complements these programs’ guidebooks by providing practical applications and additional guidance for public sector practitioners.

The advanced toolkit incorporates methodologies and frameworks designed for public sector productivity and aims to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve service delivery within government agencies and organizations. It also provides public sector practitioners with the essential foundations to transition to a culture of continuous improvement, which results in improved services and more efficient use of public resources.  

For the past decade, the Development Academy of the Philippines, as the Asian Productivity Organization Center of Excellence on Public-Sector Productivity (COE-PSP), has championed innovation, knowledge sharing, and capacity development in the Philippines and across the Asia-Pacific region. This 10-Year Accomplishment Report highlights the Center's key milestones, partnerships, and contributions toward building a more productive, innovative, and citizen-centered public sector.
