The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), through its Governance Laboratory PASIG CITY, June 2026 — (GovLab) under the Asian Productivity Organization COE-PSP PMO, and the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), through the Philippine Open Government Partnership Project Management Office (PH-OGP PMO), recently held initial discussions to explore potential areas of collaboration in support of the Philippines’ open government agenda.
