The LGEMC Innovation Project Concept Compendium highlights innovative projects developed by local government leaders, showcasing practical solutions that improve governance, public service delivery, and community development.

The 2023 Compendium of Innovation and Productivity Initiatives in the Public Sector results from extensive outreach, data gathering, and analysis to identify leading best practices in public-sector productivity across the Philippines. The report describes 20 improvement initiatives that were successfully implemented, highlighting their potential replicability. Each entry in this inventory can also be further expanded into an individual case study, allowing for the most compelling success stories to be promoted, disseminated, replicated, and used to enhance trust in the public sector and motivate public servants to strive for excellence.

The 2024 Compendium of Innovation and Productivity Initiatives in the Public Sector builds on the success of its predecessor, expanding its scope to highlight transformative public-sector practices from across the Asia-Pacific region. This edition features 20 exemplary initiatives that have demonstrated measurable improvements in productivity, service quality, and innovation.

The 2025 Compendium of APO-member Economies’ Factsheets provides a comparative overview of the fiscal priorities, governance performance, and socio-economic outcomes of Asian Productivity Organization (APO) members. Drawing on curated datasets, the report benchmarks education, health, defense, and social welfare budgets, as well as public sector effectiveness, corruption levels, innovation capacity, and human development indicators across 21 economies.
