Who We Are
We find great satisfaction in advising the reading program because it provides students with the opportunity to discover a passion for reading that can flourish with the guidance of a student mentor. It's rewarding to witness their love for books grow and blossom.

There are so many reasons as to why I love being a mentor. I love talking with the kids. I love seeing the sparkle in their eyes when they get a word right that they have been struggling with. I love to see them improve over the time that I have with them. I love knowing that I have made a positive impact on their educational careers. But most of all, I love knowing that I am able to help kids with something that I struggled with so much when I was their age!
