Knowledge, Experience and Training 

We are looking for … 

Essential:

• Significant experience of using an MIS database

• Experience of data analysis in a school context

• Proficiency in spreadsheet software, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets

• Knowledge of Arbor (or similar), SISRA and FFT

• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

• Understanding of the needs of students and teachers

• Understanding of exam procedures and administration

• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and work under pressure

• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills

• Ability to work independently, with a problem-solving approach, using own initiative in response to demands of role

• Be willing to undertake further relevant training and to pass on those skills to other members of staff, as appropriate

• A natural aptitude to model the Trust’s core behaviours – ‘We display transparency, kindness and respect in all our interactions with others, and support each other in all our endeavours. We are tenacious in our desire to make the difference together’.
