Fees and Payment Schedule
This info is being released PRIOR to the release of 25/26 Competition and Convention pricing. This info is being released prior to Guest Choreographers being under contract. These are ballpark prices.
Also, in looking back over this season expenses we found these facts (Might be interesting specifically for those that have been doing it awhile) -
Fees in comps across the board have increased on average 48% since 2021 (groups were the highest at 61%!!!!) - Average price per costume increased 33% largely due to 3 of the major costume supplies closing after covid.
Team Fee - $2150
Team Fee includes Vibe gear (Jacket, Sweats, Shirt, Backpack, make up, Music Editing, Guest artist travel, Photoshoot, Admin, 2 Convention Fees, Essentials, etc.) - for those that already have Vibe backpack, make up etc. your fee will be adjusted.
Solo - $1500-$2400 (depending on choreographer - covers choreo, costume, rehearsal, and entry fees)
Duo/Trio - $1000-$1500 (depending on choreographer - covers choreo, costume, rehearsal, and entry fees)
Per Group Fee - $900-$1000 (covers choreography, costumes, accessories, rehearsals, and entry fees)
March - Vibe dancers are enrolled and charged for Summer Session. Can begin payments towards next season.
April - Vibe dancers are enrolled and charged for Fall Session. Can begin payments towards next season.
June 10th - $600 Vibe Payment (Tn/Sr), $500 Vibe Payment (Mini/Jr) - These payments contribute to Team Fee and Group Choreography.
July 10th - $600 Vibe Payment (Tn/Sr), $500 Vibe Payment (Mini/Jr) - These payments contribute to Team Fee and Group Choreography.
Aug-May: 1st of each month - Monthly Tuition for Technique classes
August-January: 10th of each month - Vibe Payments Due. Amount to be personalized for each dancer to include all estimated season expenses:
*Families will be given the option to pay all at once or spread out as far as January. Payment plan selections will be sent with casting information. A full cost breakdown will be available to families as entry fees are released, choreography is set, and costumes are purchased.
February 10th - Final Vibe Payment
This is a “catch up” fee for Costume Fees underestimated, Extra rehearsal time needed, Return/Exchange Fees, Masterclass Fees, and Processing Fees depending on which comps add those in.
**Payment Plans may be altered to pay over a shorter period of time than the months specified.
