Dear guests,


we are pleased to offer you the most cordial welcome and wish you a happy stay. We present below the "chart of services" to provide you with the information that will allow you to make the best use of the services we can offer you. Entry to the Agriturismo Da.Matrà implies full acceptance and observance of these regulations.


The Agriturismo Da.Matrà is family-run, therefore there is no real reception service available all day. For any need, if we are not present in the structure, please call us on +39 345 2901065: we will be with you in two minutes.


THE STAFF


You are at the center of our Farmhouse: you are the main source for evaluating and constantly improving your stay at our facility, so please formulate any request or

suggestion that you deem useful.


We will be the point of reference for any problem that may arise during your stay, and for any further information on the services of the Agriturismo we are at your disposal, but also for tourist information regarding the surroundings, local events and curiosities regarding the area.


RESERVATIONS


The reservation can be made by telephone or by mail: we are committed to answering you within 24 hours. In any case, the Agriturismo will confirm the reservation and the conditions offered in writing.


At the discretion of the Agriturismo, a deposit of 30% of the total amount may be requested as a deposit for the reservation. To confirm the reservation, the guest's credit card details may also be requested.


CHECK IN


From 16.00 to 20.00. In case of arrivals at times other than those indicated, please notify us in advance.


Upon arrival it is mandatory for all guests to show a valid personal identity document to allow the registrations required by law.


If necessary by law, we also ask you to show the green pass or negative swab result.


CHECK OUT


We ask you to check out by 10.00.

If you need to stay longer, just communicate it in advance to allow the best performance of our activities also towards the other guests.

Any particular billing must be requested the day before departure.

Payments can be made in cash or by debit or credit card by the morning of departure.


TERMS OF CANCELLATION


Reservations, canceled or modified, will be subject to the cancellation policies on the form received during the estimate and confirmation phase of the reservation.


In case of cancellation of the reservation within the 15th day of arrival, any deposit will be returned.


In case of no-show without notice, the amount of the first night will be charged to your credit card.


PROHIBITIONS AND WARNINGS


Inside the rooms and in the common areas it is absolutely forbidden to smoke, use stoves or the like to prepare food, use stoves or the like for heating, consume dinners or lunches, move or make improper use of furniture, beds and equipment.


Any damage and/or deterioration caused by the guests to the farm equipment are the responsibility of the guests themselves.


It is not allowed to welcome and accommodate unregistered people in the rooms.


It will be the responsibility of the Guests to keep valuable personal items, both in the rooms and in the common areas of the Farmhouse.


We decline all responsibility for loss, theft or damage to property.


Guests are given the room key. In case of loss, the manager must be promptly notified.


For safety reasons, please always close the bedroom door.


Inside the rooms there are safes available to guests.


PETS


We always gladly welcome our guests' dogs. Pets are allowed, provided they are educated and used to contact with other people and other animals.


It is absolutely forbidden to allow pets on beds, sofas and armchairs.


It is the responsibility of the owners to exercise their custody and surveillance. Any damage caused by the animals is the responsibility of the owners.


IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE ANIMALS ALONE INSIDE THE STRUCTURE.


PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA


Personal data and any other element learned by our Company during the course of carrying out the assignment will be subject to a confidentiality obligation and will be treated in compliance with the confidentiality and rights of the person through the systematic application by us of appropriate protective measures and guarantee prepared for both paper and electronic data processing and measured to the specificity of the data itself (simple personal data or sensitive or judicial data).


Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 196/03, the Customer is informed that his personal data will be processed only for the purposes determined by the contractual relationship for such purposes (including accounting and administrative purposes).


THE MAIN SERVICES


BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served in the dining room or in the outdoor area from 8 to 10.00. On request it is possible to anticipate the time.


RESTAURANT

Inside the Agritourism a restaurant is available, upon reservation, which offers the products of the farm.


We always try to follow the seasonality and availability of the products so there is no a la carte menu but the dishes change from day to day depending on what we collect in the garden.


Eggs, fruit, vegetables, cheeses, cured meats, meats and wine are almost all of our production.


Our facility is part of the Food Outside the Home project of AIC, the Italian Celiac Association, for which we take particular care in the preparation of foods that are gluten free.


We are also attentive to other types of intolerances or particular food diets, so we ask our guests to inform us about all their eating habits so that we can indulge and meet their needs.


ROOM REORDER

The change of towels and sheets will be done every 3 days (excluding departure and the day before). The bathrooms are equipped with courtesy kit, shower gel, soap and

hairdryer.


INTERNET

You can connect to the internet. Wi-Fi is free: Da.Matra Oasi and the password is: Da.matra2021


PARKING

The parking is inside the property but is not guarded and we are not responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles.


There are no particular risks, however we advise you to lock up the cars and not to leave objects inside the cars.


TV and AIR CONDITIONER in the rooms


To improve your stay, since spring 2023 televisions have been placed in the rooms and, in addition to the air purifier, the air conditioner / heat pump which, given the temperatures we are reaching in the summer and the ability to heat the rooms in the mid-seasons , it can be useful.


However, we ask you to make conscious and sustainable use of it in respect of both the consumption to be limited but above all for the respect of the environment that surrounds you.


E.BIKE and TRADITIONAL BICYCLES

Inside the structure there are e-bikes and traditional bicycles available to customers. The former are paid while the traditional ones are free to use.


The costs are:

MASSAGES

Upon request and subject to availability check, our holistic operators Milena and Daniele

come to the farmhouse for a bioenergetic or sports massage.

The location for the treatments is chosen by the customer, in the vineyard, in the laundry

or simply in the meadows of our company.

FOR THE RESPECT OF ALL:


You have chosen a holiday in direct contact with nature, help us respect it and protect the environment by trying to limit the consumption of water and electricity.


In this regard, a curiosity that we are pleased to inform you about is that by our choice, the sheets are not ironed on purpose to limit electricity consumption and use time more sustainably within the Company.


Quiet is one of our best assets, respect it and be aware that there are live animals inside the Agriturismo and as such they can make sounds that are part of the "noises of nature".
