Adult Volunteers needed!

Even an hour of your time is greatly appreciated.  

May 6th AM, May 7th All Day, May 8th AM

There are two main ways to help; working on prepping materials  (when it suits your schedule)  and helping to hang student artwork (set days/times working with me in the hallway)

Art Show and Art Room Preparations:  

Generally tasks will worked on in the upstairs Blue project Room.  Tasks include: Cutting and assembling paper panels, cutting paper for projects and name tags, etc... Most tasks do not require art skills.  You are welcome to come in whenever it suits your schedule.  

Displaying Artwork:   

-Artwork will be displayed throughout the year as students finish.  Dates/times will be communicated once there is work to be hung.  Most likely will be a morning or an afternoon.  There may be a whole day or two as the Art Show approaches or if there is a lot of Artwork to go up at once.   The main task is making lots of  tape donuts so the artwork can be hung up (pieces of tape rolled in a circle that go on the back of the artwork).
