This Friday is our elementary Field Day! We appreciate all of the parents who have signed up to help make this event a success.

We are still in need of donations to help feed our staff on Field Day. Even if you are not able to drop something off at Solar, there is an option to make a monetary donation if you are able. See the flyer below!

It's the time of the year that the offers have been made to our new to Solar students! If you have any friends or family members who were waiting, please tell them to check their e-mail and respond promptly or their offer will expire. We will continue to make offers through the next few months and there are A LOT of people on our waiting list so we need to make sure everyone is returning! Please fill out the important form HERE to let us know if your child will or will not be returning as a student for the 26-27 school year. This will help us reach out to the families on the waiting list as soon as possible and make sure that we have every spot filled!

This month, our focus is ATTENDANCE! See the graphic below. We have had consistently the highest attendance in our Region but we want to keep it up and set ourselves up for success.  Our district goal is 97% for each week. Whenever possible, help us keep our kids learning. We know there are emergencies and kids get sick and we appreciate you helping keep the classroom healthy. For all other life happenings, we appreciate you encouraging your student to come to school. Reach out to our counselors if you need support getting your child to school on time. This data impacts our overall TEA score. We appreciate your support!
