How can I register to be a DISD volunteer?

To our incredible PTSA and all four Conservatory Guilds THANK YOU!
On behalf of Mr. Williams, the administration, faculty, staff, and students, we say thank you! This week’s College Showcase ran as beautifully as it did because of your steady hands, your early mornings, your late nights, and the way you always show up for our students and staff with heart and purpose. Your energy set the tone, and the joy you brought into every corner of the building was contagious. It reminded all of us why this community is unlike any other.
We’re also deeply grateful to the Junior League of Dallas for their continued support—both financial and hands-on. Their commitment has been woven into the fabric of this school for years, and it truly sustains the work we do and the opportunities our students get to chase.
Thank you for lifting this week, this program, and this school. We couldn’t do any of it without you. Here is just a small collection of photos of this week, if we get more photos, we will do our best to add a few more.

Thankful! A thoughtful student-led request was made to the PTSA: to give pies to our support staff in recognition of all they do for us every day. So they asked the PTSA to help them get pies donated by parents as a thank-you to our support staff. THANK YOU to Booker T. students and families for this sweet recognition.
If you are new to our school, you may not know about this community event on December 6th. Reliant Lights happens right on our front steps every year. It is fun for the whole family, and it is a free event, but they would like an RSVP so they know how many to expect.
