What is it?

A graphic organizer template that allows students to:

Note what they KNOW about the lesson topic/learning goal at the beginning of the lesson.
Frame questions describing what they WANT to know about the topic/learning goal at the beginning of the lesson.
Describe what they LEARNED at the end of the lesson.
