At Highland Meadows our 3 Main Priorities are student achievement, student and staff attendance and sustaining a positive climate and culture. We believe that all of our students can achieve at the same level as their peers or above, and we know that it is our job to help them get where they need to be academically. We know that good student attendance is essential to empowering and equipping students to be the best that they can and it is necessary for staff to model good attendance practices for our scholars. Finally, we know that it is equally essential to provide a safe welcoming environment for our students, staff and all stakeholders that fosters learning and growing at all times.

Highland Meadows Elementary School opened in 2004 to provide overcrowding relief to Martha Turner Reilly Elementary School.
