CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND REFUNDS

Requests for changes or cancellation to your child’s enrollment must be made in writing. Such requests are subject to the following conditions:

As long as there is space available, students are allowed to a one-time switch of camp with not penalty until June 1. Additional changes will be subject to a $25 penalty.

  • Changes made after June 1 but before camp's scheduled start date: $25.00 per child.

  • Changes made less than a week before the selected camp's scheduled start date: $35 per child.

Changes are not possible once the camp has started

  • Families are entitled to a full refund - minus the $35 registration fees - for cancellations made by June 1st.

  • Cancellations made after June 1 and until one week before the selected camp's scheduled start date: $35.00 per child.

  • Cancellations made less than a week before the selected camp's scheduled start date: $85 per child.

There will be no refunds once the selected camps have started.


Please note: The DIS Summer Enrichment Camp administration reserves the right to cancel any activity that does not meet minimum enrollment. In that event, any payment made toward that activity will be refunded.

The $35 registration fees are not refundable unless the camp is canceled by us.
