When you decide to register for a scheduled activity, you will be prompted to pay the registration fee (called membership). This is a one-time $35 fee per family.
Once you are registered, you may use the cart on the top right hand corner of your page to add all the camps you are interested in before making payment.
My children do not attend Dallas International School (DIS). Can they still attend your summer program?
Certainly, the Summer Enrichment Camp is open to everyone, international visitors included. A few of our camps are reserved for DIS students because they are focused on academic skills in French.
What is the enrollment deadline?
There is no deadline as such. Generally speaking, applications are accepted until the camps are full. However, we must receive your application at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the camp you would like your child to attend.
Is there a registration fee?

What is the minimum number of weeks I can sign up my child for?
You may enroll your child for as many weeks as you wish. However, we do recommend a minimum of 3 weeks if you choose a language camp.
Do the three weeks have to be consecutive?
No. they do not have to. However, we think it is in the best interest of the children if they are.
If I sign up my child for a full day in, say French, will the afternoon session be a repeat of the morning one?
Our language camps are designed to allow students to explore new material each time. Therefore, the material covered in the afternoon is different from what was covered in the morning.
Is the content of a camp the same week after week?
No. Aside from our science camps that cover a very specific topic, all other camps focus on different themes each week'
How do kids transition from a morning camp to an afternoon camp?
Students are under adult supervision at all times. They will be escorted to their afternoon camp by an assistant as soon as lunch is over.
Who are your instructors?
Our instructors are experienced professionals who can be either DIS employees (majority) or teachers form other schools. We conduct background checks on all employees and train them so they become familiar with the operations of our camp.
What is the typical adult / child ratio in the classes?
1 to 6 for 3-4 year-olds; 1 to 10 for 5-6 year-olds; 1 to 12 for 7 year-olds and up.
I would like to register my children for an after camp activity that takes place from 4:00 to 5:00pm every day. Do I also have to pay for after camp care?
No. The children enrolled in an after Camp Activity program do not have to pay for after camp care until the activity is over (5pm in this example).
Is lunch provided?
Yes, lunch is provided at no additional cost for all campers enrolled for the whole day. However, parents need to send their child with snacks for each half-day.
Will the camp be closed during holidays?
The summer camp will be closed on Friday, July 4th (Independence Day). The tuition for that week has been prorated.
What is the dress code?
It is important that our campers wear comfortable clothes that are appropriate for the activity they are enrolled in. For safety reasons, flip flops and long dresses are not allowed.
The display of offensive messages on clothing or nay other items is not tolerated.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and bank account withdrawal.
