Shipping Fee

1. Free delivery for orders with minimum order value of 50,000php for Metro Manila and Cavite Customers.

2. Less than the MOQ for delivery, shipping fee must be shouldered by the buyer

Certified Couriers 

1.  Lalamove (No Insurance)

2. Transportify (with Insurance)

3. Grab (with Insurance)

Shipping from the site to other parts of the Philippines 

1. Via 2go

   1. Quotations are requested directly from 2go. Takes 2-4 days.

   2. All shipments by 2go must be prepaid to them prior to pickup at the plant.

   3. Shipping lead times are dependent on the courier.

2. Other forwarders

   1. Buyer must set their own arrangements with any other forwarders. 

Insurances

1. We don’t have insurance for the item. Buy at your own risk.

2. If you want to have it insured, please contact your preferred courier.

Damages Due to Transportation / Shipment

1. We will send you the picture of the product prior to sending it through your preferred courier. 

2. If it happens that the courier is late or they damaged the item, please contact the freight forwarder and have it reported directly to them. We encourage you to become very selective on your courier.
