Change of Mind
You cannot return any products that was opened or destroyed packaging due to change of mind.
Make sure you follow our SOP on sampling and buy items in small quantity and try it first in your recipe.
If in the event that you paid and changed your mind before despatch, realizing that you made a mistake on order confirmation, you can file for reimbursement. Provide your bank details and we will reimburse you within 3 working days (processing, check preparation and deposit to your account).
Expired products
You cannot return near expiry or expired product. Make sure you only buy what you can sell or use for a month.
Product Warranty
Declared shelf life should not be interpreted as product warranty. Changes in physical, microbial, and sensory characteristics, leading to shorter shelf-life, are expected when the product is not properly stored and handled. Customers are responsible for keeping the product in a wholesome condition by satisfying the requirements as stated above.
Eligibility for Returns
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (unopened box only). It must also be in the original packaging free from any manifestation of pests. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, limited to the scope of manufacturing (transportation or shipping or warehousing issues are not included).
Returns must be physically returned to the manufacturing area together with the invoice.
Returns or opt for refunds are subject to QA analysis and investigation.
Lead time for assessment is 7 working days.
