New Customer Process (For Institutional Clients only)

1. 1. Customer Application

• Accomplish this FORM

• Provide your BIR 2303. 

• Provide your Contact Name, Contact Number and Active Email address.

1. 2. Quotation

      1. Screenshot your desired product from the product list and send via email confirmation from #1

      2. Wait for the response. 

      3. Check the Value of the Quotation prior Sample Requisiton. 

      4. Reminder: Our Minimum Order Quantity is 12 kg case (2kg x 6 pcs)

   3. Sample Requisition - lead time: 3 days (required)

   4. Steps on how to get sample for FREE

      1. Request HERE

      2. Wait confirmation of the sample of ready for pick via email. 

      3. pickup only at Dairy Technologies Corporation, Employee Entrance, Note: Tapat ng Isla Verde, Papasok ng road, unang grey gate sa kaliwa, may doorbell. 

      4. Send your booking details in the email loop. 

Actual Sales Order Process

1. Checking of Stocks, 30 mins

2. Sales Order / Purchase Order Issuance, 1 min

3. Production, if with stock - no need, if without stock 7-15 days waiting time

4. Packing, with stock: 1-2 days, if no stock- to be discussed

5. Ageing, 7 days minimum after production date in chilled condition (if no stock)

6. Approval for Release, ASAP

7. Sending of Billing Statement / Sales Invoice, After confirmation of Delivery dates and stocks

8. Validation of Payment, ℅ customer, Cut off is 12noon for same day delivery

9. Booking for Shipment, ℅ DairyTech

10. Dispatching, A tracking link will be provided to the customer a day before the actual delivery
