On an e-Learning Day, the 7 hour workday for teachers shall include the following responsibilities:
Post learning modules for the day by 8:00 am.
Verify student attendance from day before, complete and share Google attendance sheet with secretaries by 9:00 am.
Plan lessons for upcoming day(s).
Monitor and encourage student engagement and contact families when expectations are not being met.
Consult with specialists and grade level colleagues as necessary.
Provide direct instruction and feedback to students through your preferred communication channels.
Be available to respond to questions from students and to provide support as necessary.
Be available to parents and students.
Collaborate with classroom teachers on the provision of SEL activities.
Communicate directly with families as needed.
Complete additional projects as assigned by building administration.
Track time and activities and report to building administrator daily via email.

Schedule time to collaborate with teachers to plan learning engagements and provide support.

Reach-out to families of students on your case-load to share activities that coincide with IEP/ELL goals and other related services, and maintain a log of these contacts.
