According to Delish: he eats up to 5,000-6,000 calories a day. Johnson tends to enjoy cheat meals once or twice a week and says that sharing them on his Instagram is part of the fun. He enjoys sharing his cheat days with other people because it brings more fun. Let’s dive into the outrageousness of these cheat days.
The Rock can eat all different kinds of food. He goes from eating sushi to pizza to pancakes to sandwiches-- anything that can be imagined. According to Delish, He eats 7 meals a day and loves to accompany big meals with Termana tequila, which happens to be his brand of tequila. The Rock eats the most interesting food genre combinations. A food combination he has enjoyed is twelve pancakes, twenty-one brownies, and 4 large double dough pizzas. This food intake really is extraordinary because this proves he works out so much that he can eat this much food at one time.
