About Ms. LaTragna

Hello! My name is Alyssa LaTragna and I am one of the General Music teachers at Lincoln!

I graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, IA earning a Bachelor's in Music Education with a focus in voice. At Drake, I was involved in the top two choral ensembles, touring to countries in Europe and the UK. I have also traveled to Verona, Italy to study opera. While studying at Drake, I was awarded 1st place in the Upper College Musical Theatre two years in a row at the Midwest district and Iowa National Association for Teachers of Singing. My college improv troupe was a big part of my life and still is something I like to have fun with when I'm not teaching.

Outside of music, I love to travel to new places, drink coffee with friends, and I have a huge movie collection!
