Goal Three: Provide personal support to each staff member to develop the skills and confidence to be innovative, exemplary, and visionary leaders of the district and their profession.

• Implement strategies and tools to increase avenues for open two-way communication and input for staff in decisions that impact teaching and learning.

• Employ strategies and tools to balance safety and health related staff issues and the need for students to return to school.

• Provide personalized PD choice times.

• Develop opportunities to find additional time for staff to plan, grade, respond to families and students.

• Create clarity in staff expectations in communicating and collaborating with families.

• Investigate how other districts are supporting staff health and well-being.

• Investigate how other districts are establishing staff expectations for communicating and collaborating with families especially during the pandemic.
