Implement a K-8 reading intervention system outlined in D62 Reading intervention Non-negotiables, Guidelines and Program Effectiveness with building principals, reading specialists, and interventionists.
Seek final feedback on plans and then execute Kindergarten Readiness and transition plans.
Establish a timeline and process to re-engage deepen use, and support teachers’ understanding of the essential standards to move accountability from principals and reading interventionists to the teacher level.
Develop a plan to engage our certified staff in learning the RtI at Work model with Solution Tree.
Revisit Kindergarten readiness documents and data to develop an implementation plan for next year.
Investigate schedule options to ensure students can participate in Tier I math intervention.
